Dodo - The Browser Splash Screen Bird

Dodo is a the bird providing the ability to enable a splash screen to the browser.
Currently Browsers don't have any splash screen while loading, and the dodo add it that functionality.

After your users got the dodo splash screen, they will view it whenever they open their default browser.
you might want to add a special image to reflect the changes done to the users browsers.
